garden flowers

I'm quite pleased because the marsh marigolds we were given a couple of years ago ( from someone else's parent plant) have finally bloomed this year. They positively glow in the sun.

Also our spiraea looks lovely as always. I love the copious white flowers.

It's common name is 'Bridal Wreath' or 'Foam of May' - which I find very appropriate. Except it's April, of course!
