I feel it's time to write a post which is profound and inspirational. Alas my predominant feeling at the moment is that I am very chilly. The last couple of days I have constantly been needing to wrap myself up in further layers. The more tired I get, the more I feel the cold. And it works the other way, too.
Did rather more than I should have yesterday - not entirely my fault, but still. It's the challenge of being involved with things but limiting that involvement; otherwise things just escalate and we find our job description, for want of a better word, encompasses a great deal more than we anticipate.
